1. Services Offered

We provide domestic and international money transfer services in BDT, including bank transfers, mobile wallet payouts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and card payments. Transaction limits apply as detailed on our Transaction Limits page. Services are available to verified users in Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of Bangladesh, and not on any sanctions list. You agree to provide accurate information and complete KYC verification (NID, photo, etc.) for full access.

3. User Accounts

  • Create an account with valid details.

  • Keep login credentials secure; notify us of breaches.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Fees are shown before confirmation and deducted upfront.

  • Rates include exchange margins; no hidden charges.

  • Refunds only for unprocessed transactions.

5. Transaction Rules

  • Comply with limits: Min 100 BDT, daily max per method.

  • No illegal transfers (e.g., money laundering, terrorism).

  • We verify transactions; delays may occur for compliance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancel before processing via dashboard.

  • No refunds after funds are sent to recipient.

  • Disputes resolved within 7 days.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraud, scams, or multiple accounts.

  • Transfers to sanctioned countries/individuals.

  • Automated access without permission.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Services provided "as is"; we are not liable for bank delays, errors, or force majeure.

  • Max liability: transaction amount.

  • We follow Bangladesh Bank AML rules.

9. Termination

We may end services anytime for violations, with notice where possible. You may close your account anytime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bangladesh laws. Disputes resolved in Dhaka courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms; continued use means acceptance. Check footer link regularly.
